Mary and Brent got married on a hot July afternoon at the beautiful Black River Barn South Haven! Brent and Mary exude so much joy and love for each other. Their wedding was one to remember, and I am so honored to share it today!

They began their day getting ready separately and then joined together for an emotional first look and vow exchange! After their first date, Brent saved a $5 bill and wrote on it “Mary’s Engagement Ring” and began saving because he knew she was the one. He had that $5 bill on the wedding day and it was so special! Family is so important to the two of them, as they both included their siblings in the wedding parties. Brent’s sisters were his best women, and Mary’s brother was her man of honor!

After their ceremony they had a beautiful outdoor cocktail hour and an indoor reception at the incredible west Michigan, Black River Barn South Haven event venue. Mexican food is Mary and Brent’s favorite, so of course, tacos were the main dish! They ended the night with lots of dancing! 

The best part about weddings? Being able to make it so authentically you! Mary grew up watching U of M football with her dad and grew to love the team just as much as him! So to honor the team love, Mary and her dad ended their father-daughter dance with U of M’s fight song!
